• Quote timing belongs to the provider. Every embedded chart streams inside TradingView's own frame and reports its quote time and any delay there. This page cannot read those numbers, so it never stamps a chart with a quote time of its own: its status line reports only whether the chart loaded, is slow, or is unavailable.
• The index and commodity instruments selected here are broker CFDs. The S&P 500, Nasdaq 100, FTSE 100, Nikkei 225, Hang Seng and every energy and metals tile are contracts-for-difference quoted by a broker feed. They track the market they are named after but will not match the official index level or an exchange settlement price, and each is tagged CFD beside its chart. NVIDIA and the other equities are the exchange-listed shares and carry their exchange tag instead.
• The SOL chart is a perpetual futures contract, not spot. It is Binance's SOL/USDT perpetual on a one-minute interval, tagged Perpetual futures beside the chart. A perpetual has no expiry and trades against a funding rate, so it sits close to but not on the SPOT price in the crypto panel. The two are different instruments and are labelled as such.
• Sessions are a schedule, not exchange status. The globe, the hero pills, the session table and the NYSE pill all read one table of regular cash-equity hours and, where a venue has one, its scheduled midday break. Holidays, half-days, auction phases and circuit breakers are outside that table, so a holiday reads as an ordinary weekday.
• Price levels are checked only while this page is open. They are evaluated against the same CoinGecko poll as the crypto panel, at most once every 90 seconds, so a level can be crossed and recovered between two reads without firing. They are held in this browser, are never sent anywhere, and are not orders. Instruments streamed by TradingView cannot carry one: those prices stay inside the embed.
• Supported feeds. Crypto prices from CoinGecko, charts and the economic calendar from TradingView, earnings from Nasdaq, and headlines from the publishers named on each item. A feed that does not answer is named on its own panel; nothing is substituted quietly.
• Nothing here is cached silently. Crypto prices carry the time they were fetched. If a request fails or is rate-limited, the last known values are struck through and labelled stale rather than left standing as if they were current.
• Earnings dates are scheduled, not guaranteed. The calendar comes from Nasdaq and companies move their reporting dates. Consensus estimates are analyst forecasts, shown for comparison with the prior year. If Nasdaq cannot be reached the panel says so and falls back to keyword-filtered headlines, which are not a calendar.
• The guide searches topics written into this page. It runs no model, sends no message and answers no market question.
• Dark is the default scheme, by design. Pulse opens dark whatever the operating system prefers. The light scheme is a finished alternative, and the header and section bar stay carbon in both of them, which is a design decision rather than an unstyled light theme. Your choice is stored in this browser and is not overridden.
